A Lasting Bond with the DIY Sector

RMS have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Kingfisher B&Q that has seen our partnership develop and endure over the past 10 years.

We have invested heavily in expanding the skillset of our workforce to be able to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the DIY retail environment. In particular, we have focused heavily on certification and Health and Safety qualifications.

As well as supporting B&Q with day-to-day merchandising services to ensure that the stores are well stocked and customer ready, RMS have also provided Project Management support for new stores, concept stores & reformat works.  We’ve maintained a 99.76% first time attendance rate across 5,139 shifts so far in 2019 (figures correct as of November 2019).

In June 2019, as a result of the achievements of our team, led by our dedicated Account Managers, RMS were proud to be chosen by Kingfisher B&Q as the partner to lead the store transformation ahead of the Global DIY summit that was held in Liffey Valley in Dublin.  RMS were proud to be given the opportunity to support B&Q and to showcase the team and their work in such a high-profile arena.
