My Career History
Over the last decade, I’ve grown with RMS, starting out as a merchandiser and steadily progressing through various roles that deepened my understanding of retail operations and project delivery. Each step along the way—from fieldwork to project coordination—has helped shape my ability to manage complex programs and lead cross-functional teams. That hands-on experience gave me a solid foundation to become a Senior Project Manager, where I now focus on driving results at a strategic level.

What I do at RMS
As a Senior Project Manager, I’m responsible for overseeing key client projects from planning through execution, ensuring we deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard. I collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, manage risks, and provide solutions that support our clients’ business goals. My role also involves mentoring junior team members and continuously improving how we manage and deliver projects across the board.

Interests outside of work
Outside of work, I’m all about balance. I enjoy spending quality time with my family—that’s my grounding force. I’m also big on fitness, so you’ll often find me at the gym staying active. And whenever I can, I love to travel. Exploring new places and cultures gives me a fresh perspective and helps recharge my batteries.
