One of our recent installation projects for B&Q across their fires, stoves and electric heating department in 69 B&Q stores saw the utilisation of the RMS merchandising, installation and electrical installation teams.
The aim of the project was to implement new retail displays across the range of fires and stoves to improve the customer shopping experience.
RMS supported the project from start to finish with pre programme planning activity, on site project management, electrical surveys, electrical installation, metal work installation, display installation and merchandising of stock to fixtures.
