My Career History

I have worked in retail and customer service as both an employee and business owner for over 30 years. My career started by qualifying to be a trained Chef, and then I moved on to retail as a manager for Burton and Dorothy Perkins. I lived and worked in the Algarve for 13 years and then came back to retail with RMS. I started as a merchandiser and progressed to the role Account Manager role within 3 years.

What I Do At RMS

As Partnership Manager, I’m involved in day-to-day operations within the grocery sector. I meet with our retail partners to ensure projects are delivered and completed to a high standard. I manage the development and training of our teams, and ensure that all costs and KPIs are managed effectively.

My Interests Outside of Work

When I have time cooking is one of my passions, but my real passion is sports. I played football from the age of 8 to semi-pro level and county football, and the team I follow is Liverpool F.C. Darts , Formula 1 and boxing are among my other interests.
