Our Opportunities
We have a range of opportunities available here at RMS to suit each individual. As we provide various retail services such as merchandising, retail installation and retail construction we have lots of different roles available to suit a range of experiences and skill sets.
One of the ways you can get involved is by becoming an RMS Flexer where you will have the chance to work on your terms with work opportunities that fit around your schedule. We will send you available shifts in local stores within your area via the myflex app and if there are certain days you can't work, you can set yourself as unavailable and we won’t send you work within that period, putting you totally in control of your working pattern.
The Benefits
There are brilliant staff benefits available when you join the RMS family. We sign all of our employees up to My Staff Shop after 50 shifts, where you can save up to £1,000 a year on hundreds of top retailers as well as accessing special daily deals and access to wellbeing and personal support with other aspects of your life such as finance and mental health.
Our employees are paid weekly and we offer access to Hastee Pay which is a platform where employees can access a portion of their salary before pay day.
