Every month we celebrate and reward members of the RMS team that have done a great job and gone above and beyond in their work.
We select a team of the month and a scheme hero from those that have worked on projects during the month and then an employee of the month is nominated by our field team who have the opportunity to vote for an EOTM after every job.

🎆 Team of the Month 🎆
The Team of the Month goes to both of the teams working in Tesco Ryde & Gatwick.
We received great feedback again about our installation teams. Both stores mentioned that our teams were friendly, efficient, clean and tidy and completed work to a high standard. And both team leaders, Adrian and Luke, were very professional from start to finish leading on each site.
Well done to Adrian Tanner, Gavin Ross, Malachi McKrieth, Luke Baker, Layton Drew, Lewis Hayward and Andrew Murnin.
🙌 Scheme Hero for May 2023 🙌
Sam Seal is the Scheme Hero for May.
A massive well done to Sam who has done a fantastic job leading the team at Sainsbury's in Hook on the new store opening project. Whilst Sam had the right people around him to make up a great team, he was instrumental in leading the project and to the success of the store opening.
The manager at Sainsbury's said:
"I know you already know this, however without Sam leading the team, this investment would have been a lot harder for all involved especially myself, he is aware of my thoughts, however is very humble and just smiled, he deserves the recognition."
