As we approach the festive season and the close of 2024, I want to take the opportunity to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for RMS.
Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones, driven transformation across the retail sector and strengthened our commitment to delivering exceptional results.
A Year of Transformation
In 2024, RMS supported 35 partners - which is the most customers ever, delivering hundreds of projects, from ambitious installations to innovative transformations.
Some key highlights include:
- Secured 3 year merchandising contracts with both Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
- Secured direct installation contracts with Sainsbury's and Tesco for 2025.
- Supported Boots with a major HRI rollout, supported by our growing PM team.
- Successfully executed two large Neutron B&Q projects.
- Delivered PM and installation in 16 large Tesco stores, including an important concept store in Wokingham, where we provided PM, Merchandising and Installation services.
- Successfully delivered the Rhino property programme for Boots in Ireland.
- Contributed to Sainsbury’s “stores of the future” initiative and recognised as one of their Strategic Partners of the Year.
- Delivered the Boots “new concept store of the future” store in Cork.
- Executed the Woodies new store programme in the ROI.
- Launched new partnerships with a variety of new customers including Magnet, Dreams and Co-op.
- Developed new workstreams and strengthened our service offering.
A defining shift for RMS this year was our strategic pivot toward project-based work, focusing more on project management, installation and shopfit. This evolution has enabled us to provide deeper value to our clients by offering a comprehensive retail transformation solution.

Our team is the heart of RMS. This year, we’ve seen significant growth and professional development across our workforce.
New roles were embraced, skills were honed and collaboration remained a cornerstone of our success.

Supporting the DofE
In 2024, RMS continued the ongoing support for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) with the success of our annual charity golf day, the Peter John O’Toole Cup.
Our commitment to the DofE Wales remains steadfast, as the organisation continues to inspire and empower young people across Wales to reach their potential.
In 2024, we were delighted to raise over £8,000 to support their incredible work.
Evolving Our Core Values
This year, we also refined our core values to reflect the evolving needs of the retail industry and to better reflect our mission and future direction.
These values will guide us as we continue to lead reliable retail transformations.
