We are very excited to announce that following last year's successful RMS Charity Golf Day, this year's Peter John O'Toole Cup will be held on Thursday the 17th August at the Vale Resort again - and we would love for you to join us there!
As in previous years, we will be raising money for an extremely worthy cause, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Wales, an organisation which does incredible work supporting young people all over Wales.
Those of you who have attended the charity golf day in the past will know how important this event is for the O'Toole & the RMS family as well as all of those who knew Peter. It’s an event in memory of RMS’s founder, Peter, and his father, John - both passing before their time, due to cancer. It's also about raising as much as possible for charity and having a lot of fun on the golf course!
The event last year was a massive success and we managed to raise over £10,000 for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Wales.
RMS’s Charity Golf Day 2023 promises to be the best event yet!
With a top notch venue, a car up for grabs for a hole in one, a stocked booze buggy and growing prizes for winners on the day.
There will be a breakfast spread before the day begins, we'll then be joined by the former World Golf Trick Shot Champion, Geoff Swain, to kick start the day with an incredible demo, a Texas Scramble shotgun start at 11am and after a successful day’s golf (hopefully!) there will be an array of food options to enjoy over a drink or two, whilst we are joined by some very special celebrity rugby legends! It's sure to be a cracking day!

2023 Sponsorship
We are looking for additional sponsors for the 2023 event and have a brilliant sponsorship package that includes:
- Select your hole of choice to sponsor
- A dedicated advert used on the digital screens in the golf buggies so that all players see your brand and advertising message when they drive to your sponsored hole
- A branded course hole marker
- Your logo on the official golf day polo shirt
- Your logo and business promoted across social media and PR related to the event both before and after the day
- Your brand on sponsor flyers, banners and videos at the clubhouse on the day
We also run a raffle on the day to drum up some extra money for our chosen charity and we made over £1,000 alone on the raffle last year and had some brilliant prizes on offer…so if you are able to make a donation to the raffle that would be greatly appreciated!
