The employee of the month for June & July is:
Matthew Smart
We have received excellent feedback from 3 individual Project Managers regarding Matt. Matt had never led on a project for Waitrose before May and he was selected along with 5 others to attend a training day for new Waitrose Team Leaders. Matt has since seen the successful completion of 3 projects with more yet to come.
Matt has delivered on our core values, not only with his teams but with the clients too. He has proven himself at being adaptable by having to change the way he communicates as a TL to the team and the Project Managers and he works in collaboration with our clients to manage their needs and requirements which are different on each project.
Matt's reputation within Waitrose has become one of integrity and respect all due to the way he communicates with the client and the RMS Account Team. As for innovation, he has worked with some of the best team leaders over the last 3 years but Matt has found his own way of doing things that works for him.
Matt has become a real asset to the Grocery Account Team and with the comments received from the client, it shows what we can achieve together at RMS.
