We know that getting the right people, with the right skills and attitudes, is vital for maintaining the quality delivery we are known for throughout the retail sector.
We are a company led by people, supported by our technological innovation, and as retail specialists we know the sector inside and out. In fact, many of our recruiters are former retailers themselves, giving our partners peace of mind that we will find the right people to deliver the best results.
We provide training via our Merchandising Standards Academy (MSA) to ensure all of our employees receive rigorous training in merchandising.
If you want a career at the cutting edge of retail, are willing to embrace change and want to work for some of the UK and Ireland’s biggest brands just get in touch.
That’s why RMS launched the UK’s first specialist facility to train the retail merchandisers of tomorrow. Supported by the government, our innovative Merchandising Standards Academy aims to improve standards across the sector. Our training helps launch the careers of some of the best, most highly skilled merchandisers and retail professionals. We are focussed on progression and have reflected that in our training programmes. As a new recruit, you will be able to progress through the bronze, silver and gold certificates. We know that retail is facing an ongoing battle between the bricks and mortar stores and the online retailing world, so we have built a training programme to reflect this move towards Omni-Channel retailing.
Our course combines merchandising and warehouse logistics modules to ensure that anyone who is trained by us can work across both retail formats, and is prepared for a long future in retail.
On our unique course you will be taught both the art and science of merchandising, right from the basics to the advanced techniques and best practices.
You will learn how to get the right products in the right place at the right time, without impacting negatively on the customer shopping experience, as well as getting to grips with store operations and retail strategies.
